Nelson Mandela Bay introduces ‘load reduction’ due to rampant electricity theft

If electricity theft continues unabated, residents in large parts of Nelson Mandela Bay could be forced to bear the brunt, with the municipality planning to implement prolonged power outages of up to four hours at a time.
