City’s ‘war on potholes’ rings hollow for motorists in Walmer, nearby suburbs

Though the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality declared war on potholes in July, more than 50 reported since March have yet to be filled in Walmer and other suburbs in Ward 3, including Mill Park and Greenshields Park.

And on roads where potholes have been repaired, shoddy workmanship means it is back to square one within weeks for motorists...
